Bumps the version to 0.5.0 and dates the changelog.

Added

• An optional sandbox for shell commands: with lcode --sandbox (or sandbox = "docker" / "podman"), the model's commands run in a container that only sees the project folder.
  • Isolation: commands run as your user, with no network access unless you allow it (/sandbox network on, sandbox_network), no Linux capabilities and a process limit. The file tools are limited to the project too.
  • Image: lcode builds a default image with Python, Node.js, git and build tools on first use; sandbox_image sets your own.
  • Approvals: in auto-edit mode, sandboxed commands run without asking.
  • Fail safe: if the sandbox can't start, lcode stops instead of running commands without it.

After merging, publishing the v0.5.0 GitHub release uploads it to PyPI.
