making adapt work with ltr rtl 12 16 and 24 grid

Hi Nathan,

I have been working on code for when I am working on different grid patterns. I was working on this about half a year ago. I think that there might still be some issues but for the most part this code is correct.

I am not sure if you want to use it but I think that it would make a great addition to what you already have!!

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. And let me know if there is anything I can do.

You mentioned "rtl" support, but I'm only seeing "ltr".

Did you mean to include a "rtl" folder for each, as well?

Sorry you are right. I am pretty sure I didn't get to finishing the rtl css files. I will hopefully get to this in a couple weeks.
