Org-wide defaults for naust-mail. GitHub falls
back to the files in this repo for any naust-mail/* repo that doesn't define
its own copy - CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, SECURITY.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, issue
templates, and the pull request template.
profile/README.md is the special path GitHub renders on the
naust-mail org homepage.
Repos with their own copy of a file (e.g. naust-mail/naust has its own
CONTRIBUTING.md with codebase-specific instructions) use theirs instead -
nothing here overrides an existing repo-level file.
