Description
Adds a minimal test dataset (~100 samples × ~1000 SNPs, only 26 KB) from 1000 Genomes Phase 3.
Purpose:
Testing the
nf-core/snpclusteringpipeline, specifically the plink2 PCA + clustering steps.Files:
test.vcf.gztest.vcf.gz.tbiLocated at:
data/genomics/homo_sapiens/1000g_phase3_small/This dataset is intentionally kept very small for fast CI testing.
