Proposed changes
This PR merges templates/entrypoints for unprivileged images from https://github.com/nginx/docker-nginx-unprivileged repository. The end result is to manage the images for both the Docker Library and Unprivileged from the same repo/source to reduce the amount of repositories to track and maintain.
CI to build and publish the unprivileged images is to follow later.
