I am working on finding root cause. As workaround try to lower brightness settings and select the appropriate "TV" type.
Hope you don't mind me asking in here rather than creating a new "Issue" thread when this isn't an issue (and you don't have a Discussions tab available), but do you plan to implement mouse support, and possibly online co-op in some form? Even if it's just LAN.
I meet the same problem.

Mouse+keyboard support already there. You need launch game without without gamepad so mouse takes priority.
Co-op/LAN is a rexglue-sdk side implementation. I don't have plans to implement it by hooks on my side right now.

The mouse is slow; it only emulates the right stick. It isn't native mouse input.
And do you plan to include the option to enable TUs and DLC?
Are you planning to replace the native renderer? Including the addition of a Vulkan renderer?
Do you think this is necessary?
Yes, because it places a heavy load on the system—even greater than "The Darkness" series or the "The Simpsons" game from another developer, which use native rendering.
Possible enable Vulkan for Windows. Is that what you mean by "natively"?
BTW
I think adopt "native" (not by rexglue-sdk part) render is a good next step for project. Thank you.

Yes, decouple it from the Xenia renderer.
And if it's possible to enable Vulkan support, that would be a nice bonus.
Increasing resolution scale while looking at or near the sky will cause the same effect on version 1.1. Though aiming in will cause the sky to return to normal.

I am using the Xenia Canary emulator, and my computer unexpectedly reboots when I increase the resolution in Army of Two and recomp.
