This implements an updated feature set related to #185.
The best way to see what works is to look at
specificOp_tests/test-as.R.At this moment this is nearly confirmed to be passing tests and I plan to merge after confirmed.
I plan to close #185 and open a new issue to record status and next steps for this feature.
The more immediate priority will be to build on this towards
model$getParamin nimbleModel.
