Update contributing.md#28

ARCHITECTURE.md is a contributor-facing codemap: three products (core plus two opt-in bridge targets), the four-stage styling pipeline, seven invariants, and a worked example for adding a new inline syntax end to end. Research on what stops people contributing to open source points squarely at orientation, not rules — most newcomers know the etiquette but not where in the code to start. CONTRIBUTING is trimmed: drop the fork+upstream tutorial and the generic style bullets (swift-format can enforce indent/MARK rules), surface the solo-maintainer review time so people know what to expect, and lead with a pointer to ARCHITECTURE.md. The zero-deps rule now also explicitly carves out the opt-in bridge products, which do pull HighlighterSwift / SwiftMath. README's Contributing section links both files.
