…xt widget The first test was failing because it used find.text() which looks for Text widgets, but HtmlRichText uses RichText widget. Updated the test to properly check the RichText widget's TextSpan content.

Description
This PR adds the html_rich_text package to the Flutter Forge monorepo. The package provides a lightweight widget for rendering HTML-styled text in Flutter applications using TextSpan, without external dependencies.
