Hey, I'm Evan 👋

I like building software that makes complicated things easier to use.

What I've been building lately

  • ReadyMCAT - an adaptive MCAT study app built inside Anki, spanning Rust, Python, Svelte/TypeScript, and SwiftUI.
  • Proofline - a research preview for handwritten-math-to-LaTeX transcription that keeps what is actually on the page, mistakes included.
  • Suited - an interactive poker course with deterministic feedback, spaced review, and optional AI opponents. try it here.
  • Short-form video prototype
    • a mobile-first React + Firebase experiment built during my Alpha AI internship.
