Summary

  • Marks the LibreOffice once-per-worker boot probe as intentional for FrankenPHP worker / Igor (@igor-ignore on checked).
  • Docs/changelog/upgrading for v1.3.2.

Note: equivalent changes are already tagged as v1.3.2 on main; this PR is the reviewable fork branch.

Test plan

  • Bundle Igor / release-check
  • Packagist v1.3.2
