Adapt the fiber v3 conversion from oapi-codegen/fiber-middleware#19 (which targeted v3.0.0-beta.4 and a `/v2` module path) to this repository: depend on the stable `github.com/gofiber/fiber/v3` v3.3.0, requiring Go 1.25+, under the `fiber-v3-middleware` module path. This is a port of the PR to add Fiber V3 to the old fiber repo
oapi-codegen/fiber-middleware#19
