Release Evidence Sidebar 0.1.1 and preserve the 0.1.0 download

WordPress adds a default HTTP user-agent that can expose the site URL and WordPress version when the sidebar searches Base2026. Version 0.1.1 sends a neutral user-agent, keeps the topic-only request boundary, and explains the transmitted topic, server IP, caching, and unverified provider logging/retention. Inserted research notes use a neutral heading with original-source attribution; the optional Base2026 record link still requires explicit opt-in.

The release builder now packages 0.1.1 under its correct filename, updates the landing page and Playground installer together, and preserves the existing 0.1.0 download byte-for-byte with a pinned hash. The archive exception covers only these two exact downloads; generated ZIPs remain outside Git.

Validation:

• All 60 scoped plugin, landing, and release-builder tests pass. The accepted native WordPress 7.1 / PHP 8.3.32 request-boundary harness verifies effective HTTP arguments and editor behavior.
• One full local official Plugin Check 2.1.0 run on PHP 8.3.33 completed with no reported issues.
• One release build and the public-artifact gate pass. Both ZIPs pass entry, source-byte, version, integrity, and hash checks; the old download is unchanged.

This remains a manual beta release. WordPress.org submission and its maintainer/account requirements are separate.
