docs: Tower-Finder is now retina-server - #9

The repository was renamed on 2026-08-21 so that "tower-finder" refers only to tower-finder-service and to the illuminator-search feature it is named after. GitHub redirects the old URL, so nothing here was broken; this keeps the references saying what the thing is now called. Feature-level references to tower finding are deliberately untouched.
