I tested according to the instructions in the sample and found that the returned results did not include the price. I expect to use this service and am willing to pay. I would like to know if this issue can be resolved?

Hi, I'm experiencing the exact same issue as of May 26, 2026. The product-details endpoint returns null for current_price, original_price, and sales_volume on every ASIN I've tested (not just one product).

Examples:

• B0FHWKYT89 (wireless earbuds) — price: null, sales_volume: null
• B0D9R2KDY9 (Sony earbuds) — price: null, sales_volume: null
• B09V3KXJPB (Apple AirPods) — price: null, sales_volume: null

Interestingly, the /search endpoint still returns prices for some products, so this seems specific to the product-details scraper.

We use this API as the core data provider for our product (Lumnix — an Amazon FBA research tool at lumnix.dev) and price data is critical for our users. Right now all products show "Price unavailable" which is a showstopper.

Would really appreciate a fix or update on this. Happy to provide more test cases or debug info.

Yesterday, I conducted tests, and in scenarios with clear sales indicators (for example, monthly sales of 50), the functionality worked normally.
Moreover, the issue where prices could not be obtained after a certain period seems to fix itself automatically (a few days after the post was initially made, the price retrieval function returned to normal);
However, stability is crucial for commercial use. I hope you can successfully contact the service provider and resolve the issue smoothly.
