Adds configuration files for three siGit agents under .sigit/:

  • code-cloud-agent – uses the onde-balance model
  • code-review – login sigit-code-review
  • factory – uses onde-large with a weekly harvest (Mondays, closed PRs, limit 50, since 2026-09-01)

Ed::stream gives plain chat a stream of text deltas, and Ed::run forwards
deltas to the new EventSink::text_delta (a no-op by default, so existing
sinks still compile). Adds restore_history, generate, the system prompt and
sampling setters, and the SessionStore trait as the seam for host storage.
The FFI exposes the same calls, plus stream_message with cancel_stream and
an app-id constructor.

EdSessions keeps one Ed over many stored conversations, with a cache and a
generation fence so a reply that finishes after logout is not saved.
TauriApprovals lets the webview answer approval requests. Adds the
chat_text_delta event and the session, submit and approval commands.

Server configuration for stdio and streamable HTTP (with an optional bearer
token), tool namespacing, timeouts, progress and cancellation. The agent
feature adds McpExecutor, which serves a toolset to Ed with risk taken from
readOnlyHint plus a host override list. The acp feature maps ACP server
lists. Tests run against an in-process rmcp HTTP server.

First part of the ed-acp crate, split across three PRs so each fits a
review. The crate joins the workspace in the third one, so nothing here is
built yet.

Second part of the ed-acp crate: the workspace tools routed through the
client's fs and terminal methods, tool dispatch with approval, and the
server loop that advertises mcpCapabilities.http.

ed-acp: workspace tools, tool dispatch, ACP server
Last part of the ed-acp crate: sessions, the turn loop and the Profile a
product implements. The crate builds from here on.

A dev-dependency for ACP agents: a mock Onde Cloud endpoint, a raw JSON-RPC
client for the agent binary, the registry probe, and the ACP v1 conformance
suite behind conformance_suite!.

A regular ACP client that launches the agent as a subprocess and renders
one session with ratatui.

Moves every crate to 1.1.0, adds the licence files the new crates need on
crates.io, and documents the 1.1 additions in the README.

Ed 1.1.0 release: version bump, licence files, README
Onde Code can now run on ed-acp without losing features it already has.

- llm: a Provider (onde or openai). <PREFIX>_PROVIDER picks it, else
ONDE_API_KEY means Onde Cloud and OPENAI_API_KEY a generic endpoint.
ONDE_BASE_URL points Onde Cloud at another deployment. Tool calls keep
  extra_content so Gemini's thought_signature is echoed back.
- The stored env file is also read from ~/.config/<dir_name>/env, the
old macOS location, and logout removes every copy.
- --setup asks for a provider and writes only the variables it sets.
- Profile::answer_slash replies to a command without calling the model.
- <PREFIX>_COMMAND_TIMEOUT_SECS sets the run_command timeout.

A host that manages its own servers (siGit Code reads them from mcp.toml
and names tools its own way) needs the tools a connection listed and a
call that says why it failed. call_raw keeps its Option and now goes
through call_tool.

ed-acp: OpenAI-compatible endpoints, release 1.2.0
serve_stdio hard-wired the transport to the process's stdin and stdout,
so a host could only run an agent as a subprocess. A sandboxed app (the
macOS App Store) can't launch one, so add serve(profile, opts, transport),
which takes any ConnectTo<Agent>, and make serve_stdio call it with Stdio.

A host can now embed its agent: serve it on one end of
agent_client_protocol::Channel::duplex and run an ACP client on the
other. The new in_process test does exactly that and checks initialize
and that the server stops when the client hangs up.

serve consumes its transport and resolves when that client hangs up, so
serving a second client means calling it again with a new transport. The
doc comment implied this; now it says so. Also make the embedding example
in the crate docs parse, so rustdoc stops warning about it.

1.2.0 went out before ed_acp::serve (#18) merged. 1.2.1 ships it.

Release 1.2.1: bump the workspace
A third provider beside Onde Cloud and OpenAI API compatible endpoints:
<PREFIX>_PROVIDER=local runs the agent's turns on the device with onde,
offline and without a key. Behind an optional `local` feature, so
cloud-only agents don't build mistral.rs; without it the provider can
still be chosen and every turn says how to enable it.

- LlmClient::complete converts the turn loop's OpenAI message and tool
JSON to onde ChatTurns and ToolDefinitions and runs onde's stateless
ChatEngine::complete, so sessions keep working as they do on the
cloud: persisted, loaded and replayed with their tool calls. The
reasoning and text of a turn are reported once the turn ends, since
onde doesn't stream tool-aware turns yet.
- One engine per process, loaded with the session's model on first use
(downloaded the first time, with a thought saying so). Models come
from onde's tool-calling catalogue, which models() lists. Default:
  Qwen3 4B Instruct 2507, or Qwen3 1.7B on iOS and Android.
- No key is needed, so AUTH_REQUIRED doesn't apply and check_auth
passes. A stored ONDE_API_KEY is not read as this provider's key.
- --setup offers "On-device" when the feature is compiled in.

Needs onde 1.4 (ChatEngine::complete). Until it is published the
workspace patches onde to a sibling checkout.

Checked end to end through LlmClient::complete with Qwen3 4B Instruct
2507: the model called the offered tool, then answered from its result.

1.3.2 ships ChatEngine::complete, so the path override to a sibling onde checkout is no longer needed. It also broke CI, where ../onde does not exist.
