when i try to use the command "mim download mmdet3d --config smoke_dla34_pytorch_dlaneck_gn-all_8x4_6x_kitti-mono3d --dest checkpoints",the error occured

I think this is related to some mis-config in mmdet3d's model repo. Apart from mim download, you can also navigate to the model zoo and download the models manually.
