Both issues have been fixed — updating to the new release should resolve everything.
GUI apps (0 GUI) — Fixed in #18. When installing from a remote config, casks were never added to the install queue. All your GUI apps will now install correctly.
bun "package not found" — Fixed in the latest commit. bun was removed from homebrew-core and moved to the oven-sh/bun tap. We've updated our catalog to use the tap-qualified name so it resolves correctly going forward.
One thing to do on your end: update your config on openboot.dev to replace bun with oven-sh/bun/bun. Your saved config still has the old name, so it won't pick up the catalog fix automatically.
To update: brew upgrade openboot once the new release is out.
