Download MD++ from https://gitlab.com/micronano_public/MDpp 

        git clone https://gitlab.com/micronano_public/MDpp.git MD++.git

To compile, type:
        
        make [fs/sw/clean/...] [SYS=gpp/mac/...] [build=D/R] [PY=no/yes]

To run examples, type:

        bin/fs_gpp scripts/Examples/example01-mo.script

        bin/sw_gpp scripts/Examples/example02-si.script

        bin/eam_gpp scripts/Examples/example03-cu.script
