Summary

add Grafana Explore links to import issue rows and grouped issue cards
generate stable Loki error-log links for the OpenPodcast engineering kiosk stack
ignore local Grafana log exports so they are not committed accidentally

Validation

npx jest src/api/StatusApi.test.ts src/db/StatusRepository.test.ts --runInBand
npm run build
npm run lint
