The school holiday data for the canton of Vaud (CH-VD) currently ends after Christmas 2026/January 2027. This PR adds the 5 missing entries for the 2027 and 2027-28 academic seasons.

All entries follow the existing CSV format with multilingual names (DE/FR/IT/EN) consistent with the rest of the VD dataset.
