This PR removes the
.konfluxand.tektondirectories from therelease-v1.19branch.Since this branch has
konflux.enabled=falsein the knative-hack configuration, these directories are no longer needed.Changes
Context
This is part of a cleanup effort to remove Konflux configuration from branches where it has been disabled.
