Add advanced event features after the production-minimum flow is stable.

Tasks

• Fastpass activity queueing — Decide one active turn, cancellation, queue order, and Activity Lead view.
• Queue and demand metrics dashboard — Decide metrics, per-activity view, and estimated time versus count-only.
• News and announcements — Decide publishers, expiration, priority, and feed versus notifications.
• Activity result submissions — Decide result types, storage, moderation, and privacy.
• Parent tracking view — Decide QR access, visible data, and consent.
• Follower public or staff tracking view — Decide public/staff access, anonymization, rankings, and event screens.
• Become a follower by showing a code — Decide follower onboarding and authorization flow.

Decisions

• Which advanced features are needed for the first real event?
• Which features require stronger privacy or consent handling?
• Which views should be public, staff-only, or parent-only?
