There is no branch called 'v3' of octokit/request-action. Only v3.x (similar to the previous v2.x) exists. Use that. Fixes: dfcf00c ("CI: Bump octokit/request-action from 2.x to 3") Signed-off-by: Daniel Golle <daniel@makrotopia.org>
