Updated the developer experience to prevent blindly tangling the active branch with multiple concurrent features. When a user presents new ideas while a delivery is active, the agent now clarifies intent: if it's an amendment, it repairs the existing plan; if it's a new feature, it proactively suggests cutting a new worktree. For intentional same-branch stacking,
