feat(labkit): make projection sync history useful

Summary

• generate human-readable sync commit and PR titles from the latest lab-scoped source commit
• list every included source commit with GitHub links in downstream commit and PR bodies
• retain full source repository and commit provenance trailers
• regenerate the shared workflows for Boatstack, Value Map, Pitot, Interlock, and Yield
• add the missing Yield release note so the merged agent evaluation can project

ZCA boundary

One shared Labkit template owns the behavior; five generated workflows are byte-for-byte outputs. Public workflow installation remains a separate controlled step because projection tokens do not rewrite .github.
