Summary

  • define Yield as an open-source execution runtime for programmable Agent Skill workflows
  • document the boundary between Agent Plugins packaging and Yield execution without claiming conformance
  • align README, quickstart, and Python SDK installation paths with the 0.1.29 release produced by this change
  • add the required append-only release note

Why 0.1.29

The currently published release is 0.1.28. Merging this source change dispatches a projected Yield release, whose patch policy produces 0.1.29. Using 0.1.28 here would make the documentation stale again as soon as the projection releases.

Verification

  • public/private boundary check passed
  • projected 334 public files successfully
  • projected README and SDK docs contain no stale 0.1.26 or 0.1.28 install paths
  • GOWORK=off go test ./... passed
  • node --test packaging/*.test.mjs passed

Private website facet

Clarify Yield's execution role, document the Agent Plugins boundary, and align every install path with the release produced by this change.
