Boatstack now automatically ignores
worktrees/,features/, andintake/inside the.product-loop/directory by explicitly adding them to the generated.product-loop/.gitignorefile. This prevents active delivery artifacts from dirtying the primary repository checkout, ensuring commands likeboatstack-updatecan run smoothly.
