### Devin uses ACP

Devin exposes the same Pitot control semantics through a stateful ACP boundary,
so it does not need lifecycle-hook files:

To attach to an already-running Pitot runtime, use the explicit single-prompt
surface:

Pitot selects only ACP's one-shot `allow_once` or `reject_once` options.
Interactive, resume, and multi-turn Devin sessions are not supported in this
initial adapter.
