This is where Opportunity Hack plans in public.
We're a 501(c)(3) connecting technical talent to nonprofits since 2013. Hackathons twice a year at ASU Tempe are our biggest shipped artifact; they're not the whole thing.
This repo holds the work behind the work — what we're shipping, what we're stuck on, and where we need help. If you've ever thought "I'd love to use my engineering / PM / design skills for something that matters," this is the door.
- 🎯 Fall 2026 Hackathon — November 14–15 at ASU Tooker eSpaces. Milestone →
- 🛠️ Replacing DevPost with our own submission + judging tool. Issue →
- 🤝 Volunteer contributor pipeline — building a real PM/SWE/Designer team. Issues →
See the project board for everything.

The short version of where we're headed:
- Now → 4 weeks — Stand up the contributor pipeline. Triage and ship Fall 2026 ops.
- 4–12 weeks — First multi-tenant product: hackathon planning tool. We dogfood it for Fall 2026.
- Ongoing — Better nonprofit application flow (AI-coached), funnel analytics on ohack.dev, sponsor retention.
- After Fall 2026 — Productize the platform so other student groups can run their own Opportunity Hack.
See CONTRIBUTING.md for how we work, and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md for how we treat each other.
