Context
GiveButter donors give once and disappear. We need a monthly touch program to convert them to recurring or higher-tier giving.

Done looks like

  • Donor list segmented by amount + recency
  • Monthly touchpoint cadence (impact update, ask, thank-you rotation)
  • Tracked in a sheet/CRM with open rates

Notes
Not infra. A volunteer with email/community instincts can own this end-to-end.
