Opportunistic photos

Triggered by predictables, the sensor will take an opportunistic photograph in the hopes of capturing an interesting atmospheric phenomenon.

The predictable script will determine where the camera should face, and any other settings.

Assuming there is some way to determine average energy consumption of opportunistic photos, the predictable should make sure there's plenty of energy remaining before taking opportunistic photos.
