Thanks for putting this together! I likely will not get to looking at this until next week to determine what new version numbers need to be, but it overall looks good to me. |

The
ring v0.16was released four years ago. In the past few years, the Rust ecosystem has added support for new CPU architectures such as RISC-V and LoongArch. Upgrading these dependencies will enable this powerful project to work on more systems.
