Motivation As described in pan-ontologies#475, some classes in PaNET still need a label. For those classes describing columns in `PaNET.csv`, I think it is easiest to add them also to PANET_metadata.ttl`. This concerns obo:IAO_0000115, obo:IAO_0000119, owl:versionIRI, and skos:altLabel. Modification Labels for those columns have been added to `PaNET_metadata.ttl`, the required prefixes have also been added.
