Three runtime defects from the 1.0 follow-up trackers.
The console tap moves every call site (#369)
The package shipped no source maps, so DevTools showed our console.* wrapper as the caller.
The browser build now emits source maps, with console-tap.ts (and node_modules) in x_google_ignoreList, so browsers skip the wrapper frame. The node build is unchanged.
This adds about 2.3 MB of .map files to dist, with the sources embedded, since src isn't published.
Angular Native leaves the injector profiler ungated (#371)
The gate moves from overlay-nativescript.ts into injector-profiler-gate.ts, shared by both overlays.
overlay-angular-native.ts runs it when the module loads, before mount(), and only in __DEV__.
The gate now removes the stand-in window when ng arrives already holding getComponent, instead of overwriting it.
The Angular Native entry is added to sideEffects, and the angular-native.md FAQ is updated.
ngrx-report-memo.ts keeps each store's report keyed by the raw values it came from (Object.is) and the redaction epoch. A version number goes up only when a report changed.
The overlay compares versions instead of JSON.stringify bodies. An unchanged store isn't serialized again, and a change is still pushed.
This relies on NgRx state being immutable, as @ngrx/signals enforces in development.
build-entries.test.ts builds the browser config and checks the maps and the ignore list;
injector-profiler-gate.test.ts covers Angular's publish order with no window, the __DEV__ guard, and the gate running on import;
ngrx-report-memo.test.ts covers unchanged stores not re-serialized, only the changed store rebuilt, a redaction change rebuilding, and attachNgrx skipping unchanged pages.
Notes for reviewers
I couldn't check in a browser whether Vite or the Angular CLI carry our ignore list into their own maps.
React Native probably defines window at startup, in which case the Angular Native gate never fires there. That's harmless.
The console tap wraps console.*, so browser DevTools named the wrapper as
the caller of every console call in the app. The browser build now ships
source maps whose x_google_ignoreList holds console-tap.ts (and
node_modules, Rolldown's default), so the wrapper frame is skipped. A build
test checks the emitted maps.
Fixes#369
Angular wires its injector profiler only when window exists as the platform
is created. The NativeScript overlay defined window until Angular published
its utilities; the Angular Native overlay did not. The gate moves to
injector-profiler-gate.ts, and the Angular Native module runs it as it loads
in a React Native development build (__DEV__ true), since the overlay itself
starts after mount(). It does nothing when window or ng already exists. The
module is listed in sideEffects.
Fixes#371
attachNgrx serialized every store and ran JSON.stringify over the whole
report on each check to find out nothing changed. The collector now keeps
each signal store's and the classic Store's report with the raw values it
came from (state slices, computed values, method stats, references, the
redaction epoch) and rebuilds it only when one changed. collect() returns a
version that goes up when the report changed, and the overlay compares it
with the version it last sent. The report itself is unchanged.
Adds the changelog lines for #368, #369 and #371.
Fixes#368
The changes add memoized NgRx reports and version-based overlay pushes, share injector profiler gating across native overlays, and configure browser source maps to ignore the console tap wrapper.

The collector memoizes signal-store and classic-store reports, accounts for redaction changes, and returns a version that changes when report inputs change. Tests cover report reuse and updates. The documentation describes how in-place state mutations appear in the inspector.
The overlay uses report versions to skip unchanged pushes until the heartbeat interval. A failed push resets the sent version. Tests cover push behavior.
A shared gate temporarily defines window when needed and removes it after Angular publishes debug utilities. The Angular Native overlay invokes it before platform creation, and NativeScript uses the shared implementation. Tests cover development gating and existing globals.

The browser build emits source maps and marks console-tap.ts as an ignored source. Tests validate map references and ignore-list entries.
release: ship 1.0.0 #463 — The issue lists release checklist items for console call sites, the Angular Native profiler gate, and NgRx overlay reporting, which this pull request changes.
Merge Risk: Minimal · up to 8b1c3
This change restores browser console call attribution, gates the injector profiler for Angular Native, and skips serializing unchanged NgRx stores. The in-place mutation limitation of the NgRx memoization is now documented, and no merge-blocking risk remains.

Document the immutable-state assumption of ReportMemo.
ReportMemo.get compares the raw state, computed values and other inputs with Object.is. The comment states that NgRx state is immutable and that @ngrx/signals freezes it in development. That freeze does not apply to production builds.
If an app mutates a nested state object in place, the key stays the same. The cached report then keeps the old values. The overlay also sees an unchanged version, so even the heartbeat resends the stale report. The previous code serialized on every check and did not have this failure.
Add a short note to the NgRx inspector page and the changelog entry. The note should say that the NgRx report relies on new object references for state changes. The repository rules do not require a code change here.
Based on learnings: caches keyed by object identity must not be approved unless an immutability or versioning contract exists for the cached object.

Shorten and fix the FAQ answer.
The paragraph has several long sentences. The guidelines require one idea per sentence and the condition first. The text also says "Keep the import at the top". The sample in the same page puts store-hook first in src/main.ts. Add a sentence that gives the order of the two imports.

Revise the Angular FAQ paragraph to use short sentences with conditions first,
preserving the stated behavior for defining and removing window. Clarify that
the store-hook import comes before the overlay import in src/main.ts, and keep
the guidance that the overlay import runs before mount().

An app.config.ts imported above the Angular Native overlay runs
provideRouter() first, which creates ng without getComponent. The gate
returned early on any ng, so the platform was created without the
injector profiler. It now gates on that ng too and waits for
getComponent on the same object.

when state identity changes: explain that a read-only signal-store method or

mutations may remain invisible until a refresh trigger occurs, and avoid
implying they are always detected.
