feat(router): keep router state per app on pages with several apps - #492
The last open router item from #368. Ships in 1.0.0.
On a page with several Angular apps, router.ts kept pendingCaller, pendingRedirect, configGeneration and failedCalls at module level. One app's RouterLink click, navigate() caller or redirect could then attach to another app's next navigation. Outlets, links, preloads, caller capture, error-handler capture and guard recording were also wired for the first app only.
What changes
Per-router state:router-track.ts keeps caller, redirect, generation and failed-call count in a WeakMap keyed by the Router. A RouterLink click counts only for its own router.
Every app is watched:router-app-watch.ts watches each other app the way the overlay watches the first: events, callers, error handler, preloader and guard recording, re-wrapped after lazy loads.
Report per app: each app entry in RouterApps carries its own outlets, links and preloads. Guard recording is one switch for the whole page.
Shared guards: a guard two apps share is wrapped once, and each run goes to the app that is navigating.
Navigation stream: each entry stores the app id. follow-navigations takes an optional app and follows the primary app without it. The tool count is unchanged.
Docs:router.md replaces "Some parts stay with the first app" with a table of which app owns each part. tools.md documents the new app argument.
Single-app pages report exactly as before.
Limit: history changes made outside the router (browser Navigation API events) still go to the first app, because the page shares one Navigation API. The docs say so.
Router monitoring now reports outlets, links, preloads, navigation callers, and guard activity separately for each app on a page.
Choose an app when viewing router details or following and clearing navigation history. Navigation entries identify their app, and following still defaults to the first app when no selection is provided.
Documentation
Updated router tool guidance to explain app selection and how router data is attributed across multiple apps.
The overlay kept the caller of the next navigation, a pending redirect,
the config generation and the failed-call count in module variables, so
on a page with several Angular apps one app's RouterLink click or
redirect could be pinned on another app's navigation. Keep that state in
a WeakMap keyed by the Router (router-track.ts), attribute RouterLink
clicks to the Router of the link, and let a guard two apps share record
into the app that is navigating, unwrapping it once both let go.
On a page that runs several Angular apps, the overlay read outlets,
links, preloads, callers, error handler outcomes and guard runs for the
first app only, and the panel and agent tools showed the first app's for
every app. Watch each other app's Router the same way (router-app-watch.ts),
read each app's outlets from its own Router, file each link under the
Router its directive holds in one pass over the page, and add these to
the app's entry in the report. Guard recording is now one switch for the
whole page, so turning it on or off from another app no longer fails.
A page with one app reports what it did before.
follow-navigations streamed the first app's navigations only, so on a
page with several Angular apps an agent could not follow a login or
redirect flow in another app. The navigation stream now records each
app's navigations under its app id, follow-navigations takes an optional
`app` (id or root component name) and still follows each page's first
app without it, and clearing one app's history clears only its entries.
Drop the table of parts that stayed with the first app on a page with several apps, say which app each part belongs to, document the app argument of follow-navigations, and add the changelog line under 1.0.0.
Move the loop that files each app's navigations under its id from
devframe.ts into NavigationStream.recordReport, so devframe.ts stays
within its line ratchet and the stream owns how a report is recorded.
The change adds per-app router state and reporting, including outlets, links, and preloads. Navigation streams can now record and filter entries by app, and follow-navigations accepts an app selector.

Caller, redirect, generation, and failed-call state is tracked per router. Guard and resolver wrappers can serve multiple router targets, and runs are attributed to a selected target.

App watchers capture router events, preloads, outlets, and links. Reports and selected-app page views include app-specific data, while instrumentation status remains page-wide.
Navigation entries include app identity, and stream reads, waits, and clearing can filter by app. follow-navigations accepts an app selector and returns an error for invalid selections.

Explanation
The title "feat(router): keep router state per app on pages with several apps" matches the main change. The PR adds per-app router tracking for pages with multiple Angular apps, covering caller, redirect, generation, and failed-call state, plus per-app outlets, links, preloads, and navigation following. The title is concise, specific, and follows a conventional-commit style. It does not list every detail, which is acceptable.
