🎨 Palette: [UX improvement] Add ARIA labels to placeholder-only inputs

💡 What: Added aria-label attributes to placeholder-only <Input> and <SelectTrigger> elements in the new agent modal and session drawer. Also added proper htmlFor and id linking for a task textarea.
🎯 Why: In visually compact inline forms, visual labels are often omitted in favor of placeholders, which are insufficient for screen readers. These additions make the inputs fully accessible without altering the visual design.
📸 Before/After: Visuals remain unchanged; DOM now includes proper accessible labels.
♿ Accessibility: Improved screen reader support for repository, branch, and model selection inputs.
