🛡️ Sentinel: [CRITICAL] Fix missing authentication on Jules sources endpoint

🚨 Severity: CRITICAL
💡 Vulnerability: The /api/jules/sources endpoint lacked explicit authentication checks and exposed available GitHub repositories. It did not rely on database-level Row Level Security (RLS) as it queries an external service.
🎯 Impact: An unauthenticated attacker could fetch repository configurations or abuse the endpoint as an unauthenticated proxy to internal tools.
🔧 Fix: Imported currentUserId() and enforced authentication before allowing the endpoint logic to execute, mirroring the pattern in the /api/dispatch endpoint.
✅ Verification: Ran full pnpm test and pnpm lint suites successfully, verified changes in the browser.
