Tab.Panel titleClassName prop for adding class to panel menu items

Sometimes there's need to add special classes for a specific tab menu item, eg. hiding some tab, or mark tab item as invalid, etc.

if you need to hide tab - dont render it:

{condition ? <Tabs.Panel title="Hi">...</Tabs.Panel> : null}

If you want to style content:

<Tabs.Panel title={<span className="uber-title">Hi</span>}>
    <div className="uber-content">...</div>
</Tabs.Panel>
