This README sync includes recent FastPrep question-bank updates and four September 5 Capital One OA results: Count Digits 0, 2, and 4; Inventory Discount Tracker; Count Alternating Tile Groups; and Rectangle Fit Queries. It also includes Get Distinct Pairs and Maximum System Memory Capacity with September 5, 2026 sightings.

Task-scoped protected Amazon inventory-priority and power-problem links are removed from the public table; Find First Unique's numeric alias is excluded. The table retains its compact layout and contains 2,179 unique rows at 497,575 bytes, below the 500,000-byte guard. The latest follow-up adds one missing public capacity row and removes one protected power row; other rows and companies are unchanged.

Validation:

• python3 scripts/refresh-freshness.py passed twice with byte-idempotent output; git diff --check passed.
• The inherited sync passed live catalog generation/check in a disposable copy and all 11 synchronization tests at parent 5e49cfafb07a2fb848236c82d2c3ed394752b17e. Follow-ups affect README date/link visibility only.
• FastPrep production readback confirms the new capacity sighting, INTERN/New Grad/OA tags, exact public search projection and public 200 page. The excluded power problem retains login/noindex and is absent from public search. Its old canonical URL receives upstream Vercel 451, preventing verification of application 404; the signed-in numeric page renders correctly.
• Independent reviewer /root/review_source_sighting passed the complete cumulative diff at fca77805e9fce733ac7dee60b9f962255f1d2042 against current master 5ecd67c007fd3310a1e83dfbd84aaa39efd42fa7 with no new findings. Review covered row inventory and uniqueness, 39 additions/two removals, date ordering, zero new numeric links, inherited visibility debt, idempotent freshness, source/publication evidence and failure boundaries.
