This PR includes:

  1. A new Pin/Unpin feature for open tabs and files. Feature idea from [Feat] Pin files to working set #2024
  2. A consistent context menu shared between the working set and the tab bar.
  3. A new context menu that appears when right-clicking an empty area of the tab bar, providing access to tab bar settings.
  4. Placeholder files displayed in the working set, just like in the tab bar.
  5. Fixes for several core working set bugs, along with UI improvements.
  6. Significant performance improvements: previously, the entire tab bar was re-rendered for every minor change, such as adding or deleting a file. Now, the tab bar is updated more intelligently, refreshing only the tabs that have changed or need to be updated.
