What does this pull request do?

• Built off of SE Apollyon branch, so pending that merged before this one. Also pending upcoming entity updates from Sruon to fix some jank with the mimics.
• Upcoming LSB update for mob skill adjustments
• Adjusts base damage and stats of all SW Apollyon mobs based off of Siknoz testing
• Closes https://github.com/phoenixffxi/phoenix-staff/issues/458
