Start from on a new article now offers more:

• A Start template that uses {{{parameters}}} asks for their values first: one box per parameter, filled with its default ({{{version|1.0}}}), and Fill in writes the values into the text, links included. A box left empty is left out. Templates without parameters work as before.
• or copy an article fills the text box with another article's live text, and says so when there is no such article. It is offered even on a board with no Start templates. The other article's uploaded files are not copied, which the README notes.

The README describes both, the TODO's article-creation entry is complete, and docs/images/wiki-start-values.png shows the values form.

Claude tested it:

• Unit tests on phpBB 3.3 and master, with a test for reading parameters and their defaults.
• On the seed-forum 3.3 board, with a Start template made through the edit form: the values form with its defaults, Fill in (values in the text and inside a link), copying an article, and an unknown name.
• On the seed-forum 4.0 board: the edit page loads as a guest with no PHP errors. The features were not tried logged in on 4.0.
