Physiopy’s aim is to improve the quality of physiological data collection and application in neuroimaging research through community discussion and open source tool development.
We are an international group of volunteers that have developed a suite of Python libraries to help researchers process physiological files, particularly when recorded alongside neuroimaging acquisitions. These libraries vary from formatting physiological files into a standard format, data quality control, peak detection analyses and preparing physiological data for fMRI denoising.
