- Add a modeContext resolver to centralize mode and codex path resolution. - Move runGit to git_exec.go and extract codex worktree lookup helpers. - Update apply, cleanup, list, status, and finish to use the new helpers. - Add job plan and implementation plan docs for upcoming two-way apply work.
