The release candidate workflow passed the requested release ID to every step, so publication regression fixtures were generated with a production name while their expected tag remained
framework-adf-dev. The candidate run failed after all native binaries had built successfully.Pass the release ID only to signed candidate generation. Regression fixtures retain their default ID; the real candidate still receives the requested unique ID. Validation uses the repository regression suite and a new candidate run before publication.
