What this PR does

The upkeep run (#6) found that reference-server/run.sh takes its container name and port from the environment. This PR records how to run a second reference server beside the default one, so that a later run does not search again.

• The facts worker read reference-server/run.sh on main: it reads KOSYNC_NAME (default kosync-ref) and KOSYNC_PORT (default 8080), and stop removes the container named by KOSYNC_NAME.
• gitleaks on the new commit: no leaks found.
