I design and build AI systems that work with real business data, tools, and processes. My work includes AI agents, RAG search, and secure integrations. I'm a hands-on engineer and tech lead, and I start by understanding how a business works before deciding what to build.
I use AI coding tools in daily development, but their output still needs proper checks. Tests, static analysis, and AI code reviews are part of that process. I made these practices reusable across teams through versioned toolkits and an internal plugin marketplace.
I built an internal platform for an entire company using Laravel, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. It brings together 30+ modules and integrations with Slack, Zendesk, Asana, Figma, Cloudflare, and Shopify. I designed its MCP server so AI assistants can work with internal systems within each user's permissions. I also implemented LLM integrations, tool-using agents, and RAG search with pgvector.
My background is in commercial software. I founded and grew a web studio, led engineering teams, and worked on Shopify Plus products, public Shopify apps, and 10+ themes in the Shopify Theme Store. For WordPress and WooCommerce, I built and maintained a portfolio of 30+ commercial themes with 32k+ sales and plugins with 100k+ active installations. I also built a WordPress AI plugin with 12 modules.
I share open-source tools for Laravel code quality, semantic search, and AI-assisted Shopify theme development. My core stack includes PHP/Laravel, TypeScript/Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL/pgvector. I also work with Python, Redis, Docker, GitHub Actions, and Linux.
I'm interested in building AI features for products and connecting AI to the systems businesses already use. I like taking a problem from the first conversation through technical decisions to a working solution.
