feat(map): implement interactive Leaflet weather map, proxy tile endpoints, and secure CSRF popup interactions

Overview

This PR introduces an interactive weather map module utilizing Leaflet.js and OpenWeatherMap tile layers. It proxies tile layer requests through backend REST endpoints to prevent client-side API key exposure, adds interactive map popups with secure CSRF-protected form submissions, and incorporates full internationalization (i18n) support for map overlays and controls.

Key Changes

• Map Infrastructure & Proxy Tile Endpoints:

  • Tile API Client & Layer Enum: Implemented OpenWeatherMapTileClient and a strongly typed tile layer enum to manage upstream tile requests (e.g., precipitation, clouds, temperature, wind).
  • Secure Backend Proxying: Exposed REST controller endpoints to proxy weather map tile layer requests, keeping third-party API credentials concealed on the server side.

• Frontend Integration & Leaflet View:

  • Interactive Map UI: Integrated Leaflet.js into a dedicated map view complete with a tile overlay switcher component, customized navigation controls, and map routing handled via MapController.

• Security Hardening (CSRF Protection):

  • Model Injection: Injected active CSRF tokens directly into the map JSON data model state.
  • Interactive Form Submissions: Enabled seamless, CSRF-compliant form submissions directly within interactive Leaflet map popups (e.g., adding locations via map click).

• Localization (i18n):

  • Translation Keys: Added message properties and translation keys covering map page titles, layer overlay switchers, and popup controls.
