douyin.com doesn't work

Other sites like Bilibili and YouTube can change playback speed normally, but the Douyin web version doesn't work. Sometimes refreshing the page makes it work, but after watching a few videos, the speed control stops working again. I've also tried Ghost Mode, but it still doesn't work. I'm already on the latest version. Please take a look.

Fixed on a branch: fix/douyin-bplayer-playback-rate (commit 3e8a525)

Root cause: Douyin re-assigns video.playbackRate from a requestAnimationFrame loop. Ghost mode stops the ratechange event from propagating, but not the assignment itself — so any value the extension writes is overwritten on the next frame.

Fix: adds AggressiveRateLocker (src/contentScript/isolated/utils/aggressiveRateLock.ts), which re-asserts the target rate every 100 ms. It is only constructed on hosts that need it, so other sites are unaffected.

The same branch also fixes BPlayer (百加云) players such as pc.vkbrother.com, where the player's own setSpeed() — clamped to 0.5x–2x and persisted to localStorage — overwrites the extension value.

npm run lint passes and the dev build succeeds. I could not open a PR: Pull Requests are disabled on this repository, so posting here instead. The branch is 2 commits ahead of master with no conflicts.
